Requests have been made by homeownwers that the rolling trash cans are not being stowed properly according to the CC&R’s of the HOA. The cans must be behind the garage line, otherwise it must sit next to the garage back behind the garage line. If you were to draw a line out from the edlge of the garage toward your property line, it must be behind that line and up next to the garage. Don’t leave them in front of the garage door, or on your porch or in the driveway. If you have any questions, please email us at indianmeadowshoa@email.com. Thank you for your cooperation.

Doggie Etiquette

Doggie Owners–While walking your pets, please be considerate of other homeowners and pick up after your pets, if they do their “business” on other people’s lawns. The Board has received voices of concern about this problem. Local stores do sell bags, very cheaply, for cleaning up after your pets. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.

Will you please pick up after me?

Trailers and RVs

Per the CC&R’s, Section L all trailers and RVs are not to be parked in the driveway, next to the driveway or in the street. Emmett City Code only allows trailers and RVs to be parked on city streets for no more than 72 hours. Also, in Section L it states that owners shall maintain their property in a neat and orderly fashion. Keep the grass and weeds cut, and no items piled up around the front of the house. . After two weeks if the infraction is not corrected, then a letter will be sent out with a written warning, and you will again have a certain amount of time to correct. After that period, then a fine policy will be implemented. We don’t want it to go that far. This procedure is covered in Resolutions 3 and 5. They can found along with the CC&R’s on the website: http://www.imhoa.id. On the cover page click on the buttons on the bottom of the page.

Thank You
